Medical emergency causes pickup truck to crash into Chuck E. Cheese, say Hobart firefighters

Hobart firefighters say a medical emergency appears to have caused the driver of a pickup truck on U.S. 30 to leave the roadway and crash into the Chuck E. Cheese restaurant Tuesday morning. Firefighters say the crash caused the truck to catch on fire, and they had to pull the unconscious driver out of the building.

The driver was taken to the hospital. The fire department says Chuck E. Cheese was still closed when the crash happened, and all of the employees escaped unharmed.
