Highland Attorney Ready To Become Next Indiana Utility Consumer Counselor

A northwest Indiana attorney is closing his law practice, as he prepares to head to Indianapolis to become the next Indiana Utility Consumer Counselor.

Bill Fine was appointed by Governor-Elect Eric Holcomb last week to take the position held for the past eight years by David Stippler.  Stippler retired effective Jan. 1st.  Fine begins his new job on Monday, January 9th.  I talked with Mr. Fine on Tuesday for "Regionally Speaking."  Here's the conversation.
