The conversation about the concerns of crime spillage from Illinois into northwest Indiana continued on Tuesday on "Regionally Speaking," as Portage Police Chief Troy Williams came into the studio to talk about how his department is getting great citizen cooperation that, Chief Williams says, is leading to fewer crime reports of all types -- and addressing a shift in focus on serious issues like narcotics abuse.  Here's the conversation.
