Today:   We begin with the latest list of northwest Indiana warming centers open to help those without power or heat to stay warm until the weather conditions improve.  We also revisit our conversation with Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor spokesman Anthony Swinger on NIPSCO's electric rate case which will come up for a re-scheduled field hearing locally next month or in March.
