Today:  INDOT's Scott Manning talks about the new "Trucks Stop Here" program that allows for long-haul truck drivers moving through Indiana to take their DOT-mandated rest breaks in places away from moving traffic.  David Wright and the incoming general manager of Gary Public Transportation Corp., Jerome Parker, talk about upcoming GPTC mass transit projects.  And Eric Parrish, executive vice president of MGT Consulting and Lisa Rosinko, CFO of the Gary Community Schools, have an update on the financial health of the school district that is currently under state-mandated emergency management.  It is much improved, compared with recent years.
