Today:   Toya Dumas Robinson, CEO of Metropolitan Oasis CDC, is on "Regionally Speaking" to talk about the organization founded by her late father in Gary and the new program that the Indiana DCS is asking the organization to do.   We also bring you edited highlights of Wednesday's ribbon cutting ceremony on the new Cline Avenue toll bridge in East Chicago.  The structure, planned and built over the past five years, was described by the contractor as the “Gateway of Lake County.”  It takes the place of a defective Cline Avenue bridge over the Indiana Harbor and Ship Canal that was demolished in 2009.
