Today:  Lake County Sheriff Oscar Martinez Jr. and his Commander of Special Operations Jim Stahl are on "Regionally Speaking" to talk about the department and the acquisition of new equipment and technology to fight crime within Indiana and from across the state line.  It includes faster vehicles and more than 70 license plate readers to help detect and recover stolen vehicles.  Toni Simpson with the Gary International Black Film Festival talks about the 11th annual event which begins October 2nd.  And "INside Indiana Business" host Gerry Dick explores new, innovative programs to help improverished high school students succeed in college, in his conversation with GEO Foundation founder and president Kevin Teasley.
