Today: Indiana Lt. Gov. Suzanne Crouch was in the Region earlier this summer touring local businesses with State. Rep. Michael Andrade (D-Munster). We’ll hear about the work the two are doing to support Hispanic owned small businesses. Also, joining us on the line is Christine Mueller from CareSource Indiana. She’ll share tips to help get kids prepared for a smooth transition back to school. But first we bring back our conversation with Victor Garcia, President and CEO of the Food Bank of Northwest Indiana. As Vice President of Radio Operations, Tom is responsible for overseeing Lakeshore Public Radio. He oversees the radio station’s programming, as well as news. He was instrumental in bringing several different genres of music to Lakeshore Public Radio.
