Today: The Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission will host a public comment hearing Monday, August 1st in Michigan City on NIPSCO’s plan to pay for the estimated $40 million clean-up at the Michigan City Generation Station with a rate increase.at the Michigan City Generation Station.  We have two representatives from NiSource joining us to give discuss the cleanup project. And we bring back our conversation with immigration attorney Alfredo Estrada. We spoke to him right after following the announcement of a federal judge in Texas blocking a major Biden Administration policy limiting immigration enforcement. He shared with this could mean for undocumented immigrants in northwest Indiana… All of that on this edition of Regionally Speaking
