Today: As a record –high number of US border arrivals tops 2 million, fueled by migration from Venezuela, Cuba and Nicaragua we bring back our conversation with NWI immigration attorney Alfredo Estrada. But up first the Midterm election is just under 30 days away. We speak with IUPIU senior lecturer Pierre Atlas, Ph.D. about the influence of former President Donald Trump on local, state and national politics.  

Dee Dotson is the host and producer of our radio show/podcast, Regionally Speaking. Dee is responsible for connecting with the northwest Indiana community to share their stories with the Lakeshore Public Media listening audience.
As Vice President of Radio Operations, Tom is responsible for overseeing Lakeshore Public Radio. He oversees the radio station’s programming, as well as news. He was instrumental in bringing several different genres of music to Lakeshore Public Radio.
