Families struggled to navigate Indiana’s special education system even before the pandemic, and it’s still unclear how remote learning challenges will impact those students in the long run. To help explain what students are navigating, we published an interactive digital project that follows the experiences of three families. Reporter Lee Gains lead that work, and Indiana Public Broadcasting’s statewide reporter Jeanie Lindsey spoke with her about the project and how it aims to serve Indiana families.
