Portage Mayor Sue Lynch welcomed residents to the newly-renovated City Hall Tuesday.
"Welcome everyone to our new home, our beautiful City Hall," Lynch said during Tuesday's city council meeting.
It was the first time the council met at City Hall in several years. Lynch thanked the Portage Redevelopment Commission for funding the project, noting that everything except the new elevator was funded through cash flow.
