Shep recently hopped in a cab operated by the Whoopee Cab Company.  Apparently, the driver didn't get the memo.  Also in this program from June 11, 1960; he reads a newspaper article describing what people can use home bomb shelters for when we're not being attacked by the Soviet Union.
