Jesse Kharbanda, executive director of the Hoosier Environmental Council, joins us to talk about a Senate bill coming up for a hearing in a House committee chaired by Valparaiso Republican Ed Soliday that, if it becomes law, would affect those who rely on solar and wind energy as a way to reduce their utility bills. Kharbanda also says businesses that offer these alternative energy services could be forced to close and move to other Midwest states.
