Fair Oaks Farms in Newton County is building a new addition to the agritourism destination -- a $15 million Fairfield Inn & Suites on the campus along I-65. Chief Strategy Officer Michael McCall says it is a uniquely-built addition to the current restaurant and conference center. The new hotel should be completed in early 2019.
