Franciscan Health

Franciscan Health is in the final months of construction of a new hospital in Michigan City, and officials hope to be able to accept patients in the new facility in mid-January.   Franciscan Health President and CEO Doug Mazzoni was on "Regionally Speaking" on Monday to talk about this $242 million project.  He begins the conversation, by explaining the need for a new healthcare facility in northern LaPorte County.

Chris Nolte produces and hosts “Regionally Speaking” aired weekdays from noon to 1:00 p.m. He's also the temporary local "Morning Edition" host.
