PORTER COUNTY- It’s that time of year again! This year marks the tenth year 500 Turkeys will host a Thanksgiving meal giveaway. Founded in 2008 by Jeni Bolton, 500 Turkeys is an organization with a mission to feed families food and faith. The volunteers of the organization are gearing to provide an entire Thanksgiving meal for at least 1500 families in Northwest Indiana.
