Today:  The issue of homelessness in northwest Indiana is far from going away, so we bring back our conversation with Marcus Martin, an East Chicago resident with "Grace Beyond Borders Northwest Indiana,"  a non-profit organization with a mission of combating homelessness in the region.  Northwest Indiana financial advisor Greg Hammer helps us get ready for all of the changes that we'll face in preparing our income tax returns this year.

Lieutenant Governor Suzanne Crouch talks about the new head of the state's tourism development organization as well as the first weeks of the 2019 General Assembly session. And Lakeshore Public Radio's Sharon Jackson offers her recent conversation with a "Saturday Evening Post" writer who tells about the first woman Marine being a native Hoosier.

Chris Nolte produces and hosts “Regionally Speaking” aired weekdays from noon to 1:00 p.m. He's also the temporary local "Morning Edition" host.
