Regionally Speaking, Tuesday, June 4, 2019

Boston Realtor newsletter

Today:  Marietta Rodriguez, the president and CEO of NeighborWorks America, joins us to talk about the results of a survey on the gap between renting and homeownership for minority families, primarily African American and Hispanic. It's much closer than the national average, and tells us how families can become successful homeowners.  We also bring you another conversation from the Welcome Project at Valparaisdo University -- and State Senator Mike Bohacek (R-Michiana Shores) reviews the 2019 General Asssembly session, including two bills that he sponsored that've since become state law.

Chris Nolte produces and hosts “Regionally Speaking” aired weekdays from noon to 1:00 p.m. He's also the temporary local "Morning Edition" host.
