Today: Terry Velligan, the general manager for operations at the Cline Avenue bridge construction site, is with us with an update on the near-completion of the bridge that is over the Indiana Harbor and Ship Canal in East Chicago. The final segment constructed on-site was raised into place earlier this month and the finishing touches are being made to get ready to open the bridge to traffic in early winter.
