    Today: Ty Warner, the executive director of the Northwestern Indiana Regional Planning Commission, is on "Regionally Speaking" to review the organization's 2021 annual report, which includes some major transportation projects like the 109th Street corridor between Crown Point and Winfield, environmental projects like continued "brownfield" rehabilitation in Hammond and Gary and the ongoing effort to complete the Marquette Greenway.
