With remote work and an increase in the popularity of rural living, Rural 1st®, the leader in rural lending, is seeing more interest in home building. With this in mind, Rural 1st is hosting a free construction workshop in Lowell on Thursday, September 21, 2023. Here is the information:

WHAT: Rural 1st is hosting a construction workshop for community members who are interested in learning more about the home building process.
WHO: This free event is open to anyone interested in rural homebuilding and our friends in the local media.
WHEN: September 21, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with registration ending at 6:00 p.m.
WHERE: Tri-Creek Home Improvement Center (1895 E Commercial Ave, Lowell, IN 46356)

Our expert lender, Randi Webber (NMLS #469916), and Tri Creek representatives, will start from the very beginning of the process and provide insights on:
- Getting started — Budgeting, meeting with builders, permitting, and more
- The current state of the construction market
- Builder considerations
- Rural 1st’s unique understanding of rural living and its lending options
- Next steps in the process

Participants will also have the opportunity to ask questions directly to presenters.
