The ACF Chefs of NWI, Inc., and Region Roots will be sponsoring our 2nd annual "Taste of the Farm" event to be held this year at the Fair Oaks Farm Restaurant. There will be food, drinks, and live entertainment that you will not want to miss. Forty food and drink stations will be prepared by the local chefs of NWI and they will be using local farmers products to prepare their dishes. There will be two featured chefs, Chef Art Smith (Oprah Winfreys personal chef) and Farmer Lee Jones from Huron Ohio that will also be preparing something for everyone.
