And we asked ArcelorMittal executive Marcy Twete today about the steelmaking giant's involvement in the "Chi-Cal Rivers Fund" -- a public-private partnership that just handed out five grants totalling $960,000 to improve the local habitat, stormwater management and greenspace in the northwest Indiana and Chicago region. Some of the improvement projects include continued work on the Little Calumet River. This fifth round of grants will generate $1.46 million in matching contributions.
