Today: Crown Point Community Schools Superintendent Teresa Eineman is the recipient of one of the latest "Innovator of the Month" awards from the Society of Innovators in Northwest Indiana, for the successes and improvements made during her 13 years so far as CPSC's CEO. She joins us on the program to talk about it all.
Since she came to Crown Point, the CPSC now boasts having -- among other things -- three Indiana "blue ribbon" class elementary schools. Dr. Eineman is preparing for asking patrons and residents to support the renewal of a seven-year operation referendum. If passed, she says the improvements will continue, and at no additional cost to Crown Point taxpayers. The referendum question will be one of two on the May 8th election ballot.
