Regionally Speaking, Thursday, April 4, 2019

Harrell and Associates website

Today:  On this Reporters' Roundtable Thursday, we turn to "Post-Tribune" education reporter Meredith Colias-Pete to talk about the stories she filed online and in print -- including a story about an appellate court ruling that could have an impact on a local lawsuit involving two former school officials.  Giles Bruce of the "Times" has news on the local healthcare scene,  and his colleague Joseph Pete looks at business stories that include a tragic workplace death at ArcelorMittal in East Chicago. And he ponders and answers our question to him: are there too many microbreweries in northwest Indiana?

Chris Nolte produces and hosts “Regionally Speaking” aired weekdays from noon to 1:00 p.m. He's also the temporary local "Morning Edition" host.
