Today:   Indiana Gaming Insight creator and editor Ed Feigenbaum is on "Regionally Speaking" with the latest news on the Hoosier State's gaming industry -- the August casino revenue figures, the latest on an application to build a casino in Terre Haute -- and a federal investigation into the state's gaming industry. (pictured: Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana dining areas)   Indiana University Northwest Center for Urban and Regional Exellence executive director Ellen Szarleta and her assistant director Amanda Smith talk about the variety of non-credit courses offered through CARE this fall, ranging from community gardening to IT topics.  Some of them are offered through the Senior University program.  And "Meals on Wheels Northwest Indiana" volunteer director Charlie Misoyve tells us about a new program called "Turn Over A New Leaf," to encourage residents to help deliver meals to MOW clients and, in the process, conduct wellness checks on them if needed.
