Indiana State Police asking public for information about I-80/94 shooting that injured child

A road rage shooting reportedly left a child wounded on I-80/94 Monday afternoon.

Indiana State Police say they got of a report of a shooting in the construction zone near Calumet Avenue, just before 3:30 p.m. Troopers say the child "sustained a non-life-threatening gunshot injury."

Anyone who saw the shooting is asked to call Detective Chris Eagles at 219-696-6242.
