Drivers using southbound Cline Avenue may want to leave themselves some extra time. Starting as soon as Friday, the left lane will be closed between Chicago Avenue and the Toll Road. The Indiana Department of Transportation says the left lane will be closed for about a week for pipe and inlet repair.
