The FBI director and several top intelligence leaders are testifying on Capitol Hill about worldwide threats. The Senate Intelligence Committee, which is holding the hearing, is also conducting an inquiry into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election. Watch the proceedings live, at 8:30 AM, on Tuesday, February 13th.
