Regionally Speaking, April 21, 2022

Today: Workforce innovator-speaker-author Sophie Wade, the keynoter for a breakfast meeting today, is on "Regionally Speaking" to talk about the shift in the workforce paradigm in America. Wade spoke at the initial event of a series of conversations sponsored by the Center for Workforce Innovations and the Northwest Indiana Workforce Board. Our earlier conversation with Jennifer Olson, Franciscan Health director of clinical education, covers the connection between the healthcare provider and three community college systems to help reduce the shortage of nursing professionals.
