  • Mallory Noe-Payne is a freelance reporter and producer based in Richmond, Virginia. Although she's a native Virginian, she's most recently worked for public radio in Boston. There, she helped produce stories about higher education, including a nationally-airing series on the German university system. In addition to working for WGBH in Boston, she's worked at WAMU in Washington D.C. She graduated from Virginia Tech with degrees in Journalism and Political Science.

Suzette has connected with Northwest Indiana communities through her years of teaching middle school in the Lake Central School Corporation, as well as her extensive volunteer work in the public libraries and daycare centers.
  • In Larry Galler’s 20 years as a business consultant, he has worked with small and mid-size businesses throughout the USA and Canada to create breakthroughs in management and marketing. He is well prepared for this role by his years as the owner of a chain of six retail stores, and as the designer/owner of a company that manufactured items for Walgreens, K-Mart, Sears, J.C. Penney, Target, and many other mass merchants. Since 2001Larry has written over 750 weekly columns for the NWI Times and his pieces frequently appear in many other business publications. In addition to his participation in the Lakeshore Public Media Community Advisory Board, Larry serves on the Board of Governors of the Society of Innovators. He also hosts a weekly show on WVLP radio in Valparaiso.
