The housing market seems to dominate the news lately. From a shortage of homes available for sale to rental rates skyrocketing causing overall housing affordability to be a thing of the past. So we wanted to know if the housing market was affected here in the Region. We turned to Andrew Bradley with Prosperity Indiana as well as Jen Ishom with the Lake County Housing Task Force. PNC senior economist Abbey Omodunbi joins us for a monthly economic outlook. He answers the question on everyone’s mind….should we panic right now. And following yet another mass shooting…this time in Indiana we bring back our conversation with Jerry King, President of the organization Hoosiers Concerned About Gun Violence.
