Today: The 12^th Annual Gary International Black Film Festival kicks off this evening with a huge formal event at the Rail Cats stadium wo we’re bringing back our conversation with the festivals founder Karen Toering. She details all of the plans for this weekend including an award ceremony on Sunday. But up first, the Gary Transportation Corp has big plans for its ridership. We speak with David Wright, the Planning, Marketing and Grants Manager. He will discuss the service planning as well as a big culminating event happening later on this month. All of that and more on this edition of Regionally Speaking.
