LaVonne Jarret is the director of the VASIA program. She tells us how the organization prepares community volunteers to advocate for the voiceless. We also hear from Erica Kerkes with VNA Hospice. The organization supports families during the end of life experience....later the Alzheimer’s Association offers tips to help caregivers support.
