Shep salutes the music of Harlem.

When one thinks of Harlem, its reputation as an entertainment center for New York City usually comes to mind. In this program from November 23, 1971, Shep honors the borough's contribution to jazz music. He plays records from his collection and recalls hosting concerts featuring some of the biggest names in the industry.
