A plumbing crisis sends soldiers scrambling.

Shep served in the Army Signal Corps during World War II. But he was never sent overseas and spent most of his time stateside training and doing what most would consider menial tasks. In this program from February 15, 1972, he remembers the time the entire company was awakened in the middle of the night to tackle some plumbing issues on the base.
