    Gary Mayor Jerome Prince is promising "to do whatever is necessary to reduce violence," following Tuesday's shooting that left three people dead, including a member of his own family. Prince's cousin, Marquise Hall, 26, was among those killed during what police believe was a holiday block party in the 1900 block of Missouri Street.
