Today: Krystal Gibson with the I.U. Public Policy Institute is on "Regionally Speaking" as the lead author of a report which outlines the disparities of the Hoosier State’s bail bond system. She talks about the issue in Hoosier counties and the potential impact of Indiana House Enrolled Act 1300 — set to take effect July 1st, 2022 — which will further reduce options for defendants trying to get out of jail.
