T. Bear Breaks Silence with New Album "Fresh Bear Tracks"

After a self-imposed hiatus that lasted nearly 3 decades, RICHARD T. BEAR -- known to his fans and friends as simply T. Bear -- has returned with a great new album release, "FRESH BEAR TRACKS" on Quarto Valley Records. This 12-song collection is Bear's first studio album in over 25 years.

This edition of "Midwest BEAT with Tom Lounges" will not only focus on Bear's new album and comeback to music, but also will showcase for the first time on NPR Radio, the brand new single, "RED HARVEST," recorded by Bear with British blues-rock icon, Paul Rodgers (of Bad Company). "RED HARVEST" is a song inspired by and dedicated to the Ukrainian people and their resilient spirit.

Tom Lounges has been a region radio personality and a music journalist since 1979. For the last 35-years, he has been reporting on entertainment as a weekly columnist and feature writer for The Times newspaper. He was also publisher and editor of the monthly tri-state entertainment magazine ("Midwest BEAT Magazine") for over two decades, he has written hundreds of features for numerous national glossy magazines over the decades, and he wrote "Liner Notes" for over a dozen albums release by Sony Records.
