Today: Lisa Daugherty, the president and CEO of the Center for Workforce Innovations, is on "Regionally Speaking" to talk about the WorkPlace Innovation Series, which begins on April 21st at Avalon Manor in Merrillville. The series focuses on speakers who discuss the future of work after the pandemic, and the first event is a breakfast with Sophie Wade, a work futurist, international speaker, author, and authority on future-of-work issues.

Regionally Speaking, April 5, 2022
Today: Dan Klein and Julie McElmurry with the Shared Ethics Advisory Commission are on "Regionally Speaking" to talk about the Ethics Pledge sent out to candidates in the May 3rd primary election, which the Commission asked them to sign and return no later than April 8th. The Pledge commits candidates to support actions and policies which promote ethical behavior among public employees. Those policies include whistleblower protection for employees who report ethical violations.

Their final reports are planned to be completed by March 1st, 2024.
