An adult and two children were hurt in a crash on I-80/94 early Monday morning. Indiana State Police believe an eastbound Chrysler van hit the right barrier wall, crossed the lanes and then struck the median wall head-on.

Indiana State Police say the motorcyclist who died in a crash on I-80/94 Tuesday was trying to pass traffic by riding between the lanes. Troopers say it happened just after 7:00 p.m. in the eastbound lanes between Burr and Grant.
